Our Professional Team

David PeglerDirector and Strata Manager. With his background in engineering, business in customer service, 25 years of strata experience, and his passion for serving his customers, he can assist you with any of your strata issues. He will get back to you no matter what.

Tetsuo YamagishiDirector and Strata Manager. Having extensive experience with poor customer service from his own strata manager, he strives to become the best strata manager so none of his clients will feel and experience the way he felt and experienced as an owner of the property.

Daniel GaoSenior Strata Manager. With 15+ years of extensive experience in customer service, he is prompt to respond and demonstrates genuine care for all the clients he meets. He is a Native Chinese and Mandarin Speaking.

Jarrad Pegler - Strata Manager. With extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry, he is well-versed in various repairs and maintenance needs. He's there to help with any customer's needs.

Hans Lui - Strata Assistant. Banking and finance background. His strong willingness to satisfy the needs of their clients is admirable. He is a native Chinese and Cantonese speaker.

Doris Montana-Borg - A strong administrative support team leader to carry out numerous administrative tasks including but not limited to debt collection, distribution of notices, reports, meeting minutes, and other tasks.
